Objective:The objective of the Five Days Vocational Training on Advanced Computer Aided Design using CREO Parametric Software under Vocational Training Series: 2023-24 is to impart the practical knowledge of CAD. Students can imagine, invent and revise detailed drawings which will be useful to give physical form to their ideas. Five days vocational training is much more useful and would serve as ready reckoner to the students who want to pursue their career in the field of agricultural machineries research and development.
 
Pre Event Description :
College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology going to organize Five Days Vocational Training Series – 2023-24 under the aegis of NAHEP-IDP, ICAR. Eminent speakers from the reputed institutes and industries across the country have been invited in these trainings to share their domain expertise to the students. The Vocational Training Series :2023-24 comprises of four vocational trainings out of which Department of Farm Machinery and Power Engineering is organizing vocational training on IV. Advanced Computer Aided Design using CREO Parametric Software Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is becoming one of the most important software tools in the design industry. Quite simply, CAD programs allow the designer to draw the object on his or her computer screen, instead of using pencil and paper. There is always a time constraint as all the change in design are need to incorporate in the design drawings .Due to frequent design modification, during the process of product development, and time constrain sometimes it may not be possible to incorporate the all the design changes in product drawing .Computer aided design (CAD) can help the design engineers to overcome these problems to a great extent and drastically reduce the time for finalizing the design of machine. The five day vocational training will be useful in all aspect to under graduate students.
